Responsibilities
Key Accountability & Task
Arrange and coordinate local and export shipments
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, hauliers, and transport providers
Prepare and check shipping and export documentation
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with inter-departments on delivery arrangements
Obtain freight quotations and monitor logistics costs
Ensure compliance with customs, export and import requirements
Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admiration, or related functions
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations
Good knowledge of incoterms, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
Good command of written and spoken English
