IOI Properties Group Hiring! Full Time Executive - Customer Relations in Selangor - Ricebowl

• Attend to all customer feedback i.e. enquiries, suggestions and complaints

• Assist in feedback analysis and compilation of data from surveys on customer feedback, customer satisfaction and expectations

• Provide Management with survey report identifying level of customer satisfaction for continuous improvement in product and service quality

• Assist in customer relations activities and community events aimed at enhancing company image

• Updating of relevant records related to customer feedback and customer satisfaction e.g. latest product launches, general information released by the local authorities and related news

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Mass Communications, Marketing or Property Management

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Possess communications/PR/customer service/customer relations experience preferably in the Property/Real Estate/Banking/Hospitality & Tele-communication industries.

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Must display professionalism and confidence

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

• Good customer relations skills and good administrative skills

• Able to work in Bandar 16 Sierra
