Job Summary

Collect and evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and variation orders to ensure accurate cost planning and estimation. Prepare progress reports and claims, manage project documentation, and resolve issues with consultants to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and variation order works to ensure accurate cost assessment
• Justify estimates in subcontractors’ quotations and variation orders to support budget accuracy
• Perform cost planning, estimation, and measurement to control project expenses
• Maintain comprehensive records of all cost submissions for project transparency
• Prepare progress reports and submit progress claims to clients to track project financial status
• Conduct tender estimation and submission to secure project contracts
• Identify and resolve settlement issues with consultants to maintain project progress
• Maintain project documentation to ensure compliance and information accessibility

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
