Monitor and coordinate site progress with internal and external teams to ensure work aligns with specifications and schedule
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Regulations on site
Read and interpret construction drawings to guide site activities
Apply skills in reinforcement concreting, tiling, plastering, and related finishing works to ensure quality execution
Supervise construction activities on site to maintain standards and progress
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess at least Primary/Secondary/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate, or Nitec in any field
Have at least 1 year of working experience in a related field
