About the Role

We're looking for an HR Business Partner, APAC to support Inferact's Singapore and broader APAC people operations as we scale a high-caliber AI infrastructure team. This person will partner with leadership, engineering, recruiting, and operations across hiring, onboarding, employee experience, office operations, performance management, leveling, and day-to-day HR needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years across HR, talent acquisition, HRBP, people operations, or regional HR management.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career development, leveling, and organizational planning.
• Ability to support Singapore/APAC people operations, including local employee support, office coordination, policy implementation, and compliance workflows.
• Strong communication skills across cultures, locations, and functional backgrounds.
• Comfort in a startup role that may span HRBP, recruiting coordination, office management, logistics, and regional people operations.
