Operations Manager
to oversee the day-to-day running of our outlet(s), ensuring smooth operations, high service standards, and strong business performance.
Job Summary
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the outlet — from staffing and service quality to cost control and revenue growth. You'll lead department heads (customer service, F&B, technical/AV, housekeeping) and ensure the business runs efficiently while delivering a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across customer service, F&B, technical, and housekeeping teams
Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards and guest satisfaction
Manage staffing levels, rosters, recruitment, and performance of department heads and staff
Monitor and control operational costs, including manpower, inventory, and utilities
Track revenue, room utilization, and F&B sales; identify opportunities to improve performance
Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Coordinate with marketing on promotions, events, and campaigns to drive bookings
Handle escalated guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly
Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments
Manage vendor and supplier relationships (F&B suppliers, AV/technical maintenance, cleaning services)
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in KTV, F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industry
Proven track record of managing multi-department teams and driving operational efficiency
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, booking software, and inventory management tools is a plus
