Responsibilities

Position - Sales Director

Location - Malaysia, KL

Experience: Ideally 12–20+ years, with significant BFSI sales and leadership experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in BFSI Sales / Business Development / Account Management.
  • Proven experience in selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, Technology Solutions, or Consulting Services to Banking and Financial Services clients.
  • Drive business growth and sales initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector.
  • Strong network with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in the Malaysia BFSI market.
  • Demonstrated experience in new business acquisition, account mining, revenue growth, and large deal management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and strategic accounts.
  • Understand customers' business and IT roadmaps and develop strategies to support their transformation initiatives.
  • Drive new lead generation and thought leadership initiatives within the BFSI industry
