About the Roles

We are seeking a Gardener to support landscape maintenance works at an industrial premises in Woodlands. This permanent role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, and Saturday, 8am – 12pm, with a basic salary of up to $2,000. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop their gardening skills through hands-on experience and training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform daily landscape upkeep and maintenance tasks within industrial premises.
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to maintain landscaped areas.
• Remove weeds from planting beds and hardscape areas.
• Water plants and carry out fertilising activities when required.
• Gather and dispose of garden waste and debris properly.
• Keep landscaped spaces clean, neat, and well maintained.
• Highlight plant health concerns or landscape issues to supervisors.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and instructions from supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with landscape maintenance or gardening experience are preferred, though those without experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
• Training will be provided for candidates who are new to the field.
