Responsibilities

• Handle progress claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Manage variations and negotiate sub-contractor pricing, liaising with Main Contractor QS/Claims department.
• Forecast cash flow and monitor project budgets.
• May assist in tendering & review contract documents.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveyor.
• Preferably with Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveyor/Certificates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of local contract standards (such as PSSCOC or SIA or other Singapore applicable contract standards).
• 3 years relevant QS experience working in Singapore M&E specialized contractor company.
