Job Summary
The Architecture and Heritage Centre at Golden Mile Singapore seeks a full-time Administrative and Accounts Executive to support the Executive Director in fundraising, financial management, compliance, payroll, and office administration, contributing to the Centre’s mission to advance heritage learning.
Responsibilities
Engage with donors to introduce the Centre and support fundraising initiatives
Collaborate with external service providers to prepare applications for Institution of Public Character (IPC) status
Maintain accurate bookkeeping by tracking all financial transactions
Prepare invoices and process payments to vendors promptly
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Submit GST quarterly returns when applicable
Monitor compliance with governance policies related to revenue and expenditure
Manage staff payroll and claims, including issuing payslips
Register and submit monthly CPF contributions for staff
Set up and manage the Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) for IRAS
Track and monitor staff annual leave for a small team of up to five employees
Schedule and coordinate events for the Executive Director
Perform miscellaneous office administrative tasks to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Quick-thinking problem solver possessing initiative and versatility
Strong written and spoken communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
6 to 8 years of experience as an accounts executive or manager
Familiarity with architectural practice, fundraising, or charity sector operations is highly valued
