We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Executive to support daily production operations, monitor production performance, and drive operational efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about manufacturing and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily production activities according to the production plan, work instructions and procedures.
• Track production progress, identify delays or operational issues, and escalate significant concerns.
• Monitor and prepare daily production output reports and maintain accurate production records.
• Support production performance, quality and on-time delivery targets.
• Coordinate with PPC, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and other related departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce wastage and minimise downtime.
• Monitor the utilisation of manpower, machines and materials.
• Support the implementation of ISO 9001, 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, work procedures and company policies.
• Support production problem-solving and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Participate in production improvement projects, departmental meetings and other operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Management.

Academic Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant internship or industrial training experience are preferred.

Experience & Skill Requirement:

• Basic knowledge of production operations, production planning and manufacturing processes.
• 0–2 years of working experience in manufacturing, production or related fields.
• Able to monitor production output and maintain accurate production records.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
