Role Description

The Junior Marketing and Communications role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, assisting with event and roadshow coordination, and representing client brands through face-to-face engagement with customers. The role also requires collaborating with team members and supervisors, actively participating in training and mentorship sessions, and maintaining professional, consistent communication with clients and customers. The successful candidate will contribute to brand visibility while developing marketing, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage confidently in face-to-face customer interactions and deliver clear, professional presentations.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in marketing and communications, such as basic understanding of branding, campaign execution, and social media or digital outreach.
• Organizational and time management abilities to support events, roadshows, and daily operational tasks while meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset, with willingness to learn through hands-on experience, accept feedback, and participate actively in mentorship and leadership development programs.
• Collaborative work style and reliability, including the ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, support team goals, and represent client brands with professionalism and integrity.
