About the Role
We are a growing coffee bean SME looking for a talented Multimedia Content Creator who can take our monthly brand themes and turn them into engaging visual stories.You will be the creative engine of our content team. We provide the core monthly product focuses (e.g., "Specialty Single Origins"), and you take charge of the creative execution—from storyboarding to final video editing. A key part of this role involves connecting directly with our coffee community through engaging daily live streaming sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Manage the workflow from pre-production (ideation) to post-production (video editing), ensuring all short-form videos align with our brand tone.
• Live Broadcasts: Lead daily 2-to-4-hour live sessions (excluding Sundays) to engage with our audience, showcase products, and answer questions in real-time.
• Creative Execution: Develop visual concepts that tell our coffee stories clearly, authentically, and creatively.
• Content Publishing: Edit and publish daily short-form videos and stories across TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube using video tools like CapCut or Canva.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• On-Camera Presence: Confident, energetic, and natural when interacting with an audience during live broadcasts.
• Experience: Prefer a 1–2 years of experience creating short-form videos, TikToks, Reels, or managing social media content.
• Coffee Passion: Previous coffee knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. We will gladly train someone who is eager to learn about coffee brewing.
• Project Management: Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet steady content posting schedules independently.
• Portfolio Required: Please include a link to your past video work, social media handles, or live stream clips in your application.
