Roles & Responsibilities:

· Assess documents received from clients and organize them into the appropriate request categories based on the information provided.

· Review request information, verify key details, document comments in the worksheet, and coordinate with the Underwriting and Issuance team on complex cases that requiring expert analysis.

· Perform quality assurance and audit activities by validating system outputs against client documentation and signature records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with operational requirements.

· Daily effort allocated to reviewing client-submitted documents and routing them to the appropriate team based on the request type.

· Administrative activities with minimal value addition.

· Daily effort allocated to perform quality assurance and audit activities.

· Engage part time support to perform QC and audit activities, allowing operational staff to focus on higher value work such as assessing and processing client submitted requests.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
