Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and ROC, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery while coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver ServiceNow projects from development through deployment.
• Manage ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB implementations and integrations.
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Ensure ServiceNow governance, ITIL, compliance, testing, and quality standards.
• Manage project communication, change management, training, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of ServiceNow technical project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and HAM.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow PPM.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP | PRINCE2 | Scrum Master/Agile/SAFe | ITIL Foundation | ServiceNow CSA/CAD
