Product Implementation Manager – Insurance

12-month renewable contract | Singapore

Our client is looking for a Product Implementation Manager to join an insurer in Singapore on a 12-month renewable contract.

The role will focus on making sure new and enhanced insurance products are implemented smoothly from design through to launch. You’ll work closely with Product, Actuarial, Operations, IT and Distribution teams, so this would suit someone who enjoys working across different functions and getting things done.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of new and existing insurance products
• Coordinate requirements across Product, Operations, IT, Actuarial and Distribution
• Drive UAT, system changes, process updates and business readiness
• Track timelines, dependencies and issues through to launch
• Work with stakeholders to resolve implementation gaps and ensure products are launched on time
• Support post-launch reviews and improvements where needed

What we’re looking for:

• Around 5+ years of experience in insurance, ideally in product implementation, product development, business analysis or project management
• Good understanding of life insurance products and processes
• Experience working on end-to-end implementation projects within an insurer
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams
• Someone hands-on, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Location: Singapore

Contract: 12 months, renewable
