Chicken Rice & Roasted Meat stall in University canteen is hiring COOK.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting various stations as required and assisting with tasks

• Steppingin when fellow station members are absent or during busy periods

• Conductingquality checks on purchased supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality

• Contributingto the maintenance of kitchen discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene

• Participating in bi-monthly stock takes

• Adhering to hygiene and safety standards

• Following the company’s standard operating procedures

• Undertaking any additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
  

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of F&B Experience

• Have good product knowledge on food items

• Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage

• Candidate must possess basic computer knowledge and strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
