Job Responsibilities:

·       Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for EV charging stations with appointed contractors.

·       Perform maintenance and servicing of EV chargers across designated charging station and battery-swapping station models.

·       Attend to customer enquiries and coordinate with landlords prior to commencement of maintenance works.

·       Maintain accurate records, ensure timely system updates, and prepare and consolidate information for monthly reports.

·       Monitor the EV charging network through the Charging Station Management System and perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.

·       Respond to and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity and operational issues affecting EV charging stations.

·       Liaise with internal teams, including Engineering and Customer Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of issues.

·       Manage inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment to ensure readiness for site servicing and maintenance activities.

·       Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to maintenance procedures, reporting workflows and operational processes.

·       Support the evaluation of contractor performance and provide feedback to drive service quality and continuous improvement.

·       Perform standby duties during and after office hours to respond to network incidents and support special events.

·       Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of EV charging network operations.

·       Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
