Join Our Team as a Customer Service Executive in the Digital Imaging Solutions Industry!

What We Offer:

You will play an important role in:

• Product Support: Assist customers via phone and email, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
• Communication: Excellent verbal (BM &English) and written communication skills.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support and Fresh graduate is welcomed!
