Responsibilities:

• Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets, hampers, table arrangements, event floral styling, and gift sets according to brand standards
• Create new and creative floral designs
• Handle customer requests and orders via online and offline channels
• Manage flower sourcing, stock rotation, and inventory control
• Prepare flower orders for dispatch and coordinate with the delivery team
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the floral workspace
• Support festive campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in floral arrangement or retail floristry (preferred)
• Well versed in English (written and spoken)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of flower types, colour pairing, and bouquet design
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for quality
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends and longer hours during peak seasons
• Willing to travel and work overseas when required
• Will be an advantage if has own vehicle
