SiS International Limited Hiring! Full Time Product Specialist – SIEM Solutions in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

SiS International Limited becomes one of the largest distributor of IT solutions across Asian countries with over 40 years in the distribution business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of SIEM platforms integrated with security tools such as SOAR/Threat Intelligence.

• Administer Linux environments (Red Hat, Ubuntu) in support of SIEM deployments.

• Provide remote and on-site implementation and maintenance support for customers, including use-case tuning, log source onboarding, and correlation rule configuration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SIEM-related incidents, escalating complex issues as needed and documenting resolutions.

• Support pre-sales consulting on SIEM and broader security solutions, including client requirement gathering and solution positioning.

• Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) environments and lead solution demonstrations to prospective customers.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, or similar), including deployment, tuning, or operational support.

• Solid experience with Red Hat/Ubuntu Linux administration technologies.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts (log management, threat detection, incident response fundamentals).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

• Experience with EDR and NDR solutions is an advantage.

• Certification in Linux, SIEM platforms, or Cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, GCIA, CISSP) is a plus.

• On-the-job training and professional workshops provided.
