Job Responsibilities

Product Design & User Experience

• Lead Product Design outcomes within a cross-functional product team, managing multiple initiatives and driving high-quality user-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance business objectives with user needs and ensure optimal product experiences.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, problem-solving sessions, and design-thinking activities to uncover user insights and define opportunities.
• Drive solution discovery and delivery from concept through implementation.
• Design end-to-end user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for digital products.
• Present design rationale, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Apply human-centered design principles and interaction design best practices to solve complex user challenges.
• Create engaging, intuitive, and impactful product experiences across mobile and web platforms.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems through the creation, enhancement, and documentation of reusable design components.
• Develop prototypes to validate concepts and ensure seamless user experiences.

Component Development & Integration

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support the architecture, development, and maintenance of component SDKs.
• Build strong knowledge of mobile technology stacks and platform architectures to enable seamless design-system integration.
• Contribute to design-to-code workflows and evaluate emerging tools that improve the translation of designs into production-ready applications.
• Continuously enhance component quality with a focus on accessibility, animation, dark mode compatibility, performance, and scalability.
• Support the adoption of design systems and component libraries across product teams.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Strengthen collaboration between Design and Engineering teams to improve workflows and accelerate SDK adoption.
• Provide hands-on support to designers and engineers through coding reviews, design-system guidance, and production-ready solutions.
• Mentor team members on design-system implementation, component best practices, and design-engineering collaboration.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Design Systems, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design processes, delivered products, and measurable business impact.
• Proven experience working within cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid expertise in interaction design, visual design, user experience principles, and design thinking methodologies.
• Good understanding of mobile application platforms, front-end technologies, and modern web standards.
• Proficiency in Figma, ProtoPie, After Effects, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience in UI/UX design and mobile component development.
• Familiarity with mobile technology stacks, CI/CD processes, software release management, and design-to-code workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments while managing ambiguity and complex challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Design Systems and component library development.
• Experience in Service Design and User Research.
• Knowledge of Front-end Development concepts and best practices.
• Understanding of Accessibility and Inclusive Design principles.
• Experience working with animation technologies and advanced prototyping tools.
• Previous experience mentoring designers, engineers, or cross-functional teams.
