• Position: Customer Service Coordinator – Home Appliances
• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
• Working Hours: 8.45AM to 5.30PM, Saturday - 8.45AM to 12.30PM
• Salary: Basic up to $2,500 Basic
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established home appliance service provider supporting customers across Singapore. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, technician scheduling and daily service coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, messages and walk-in enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments.
• Liaise with customers, partner brands and internal teams.
• Update completed job details accurately in the system.
• Provide basic product or service information to customers.
• Support general administrative and operational duties.

Requirements:

• Customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances will be useful.
• Familiar with CRM systems, Google Sheets or similar applications.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused and able to manage multiple enquiries.
• No experience required, training will be provided!
