We're Hiring | Software Product Owner

We're looking for an experienced Software Product Owner to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of innovative software platforms.

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Work Mode: Hybrid

Nationality: Local Citizens Only

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define product requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.

• Work closely with UI/UX, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and continuously improve the platform.

• Ensure product documentation, compliance, and software best practices are maintained.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar software product role.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar collaboration tools.

Knowledge of software compliance and security best practices is an added advantage.
