Launching Singapore's Newest Premium Korean Dining Destination!
Join our premium dining team!
We're looking for energetic, confident, well-groomed personnel who enjoy engaging with guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Hospitality or fitness backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Chef in managing the overall daily operations of the kitchen.
Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high performance.
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented consistently to the restaurant's quality standards.
Coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
Monitor food quality, inventory, purchasing, and cost control to achieve operational targets.
Develop and maintain standard recipes, portion control, and food presentation standards.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Assist in menu planning, seasonal menu development, and new dish creation.
Handle kitchen scheduling, stock management, and administrative duties in the absence of the Restaurant Chef.
Lead by example and foster a positive, disciplined, and collaborative kitchen culture.
Support other operational initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
