About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analytics Specialist to support our logistics, transportation and supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will analyse operational and business data to identify trends, monitor performance and provide actionable insights to improve delivery efficiency, customer service, transportation planning and overall supply chain performance.

You will work closely with operations, customer service, transport coordination and corporate teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and analyse logistics, transportation and operational data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery, transportation and supply chain operations.
• Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Analyse delivery performance, route efficiency, shipment volumes and service levels.
• Identify operational trends, data discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Support transportation planning and scheduling through data analysis.
• Analyse customer service data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Track shipment, delivery and operational performance against established targets.
• Work with logistics and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Provide data insights to support inventory, capacity and resource planning.
• Assist management with ad-hoc analysis and business performance reports.
• Maintain accurate datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Perform other analytics and reporting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in data analytics, logistics, transportation, supply chain or operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis functions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or other data analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to translate data into clear and practical business insights.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
