BIM Modeler – MEP

Location: Singapore
Experience: 3+ years

Job Description:
We are hiring MEP BIM Modelers to develop and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordinated drawings.
• Identify and resolve model clashes.
• Coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP Engineering.
• 3+ years of BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Navisworks knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
