SME Marketing Solutions is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and online advertising to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, and Google.
  • Create social media content, graphics, and short videos.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to enquiries.
  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with social media and content creation.
  • Knowledge of TikTok, XHS, Facebook/Instagram, or Google Ads.
  • Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing.
  • Creative, proactive, and organized.
