• To perform daily site inspections and routine preventive maintenance activities for the Boiler and Compressed Dry Air systems and to ensure all area is clean, tidy and free from obstruction.
• To compile and updates documents related to sustainability program, boiler and compressed dry air systems such as JKKP logbook, daily checklist, PM checklist and third-party service report and submit them to immediate supervisor for verification / approval.
• To attend any breakdown and carry out proper investigation and rectification activities to ensure Boiler and Compressed Dry Air systems are back to normal operation conditions.
• To perform rectification activities related to Engineering Job Requisition (EJR) received and any other job request as assigned by superior.
• To assist in operation and maintenance of process gas systems, building and pest control.
• To assist in supervising and verifying tasks executed by third party to ensure the activities performed complies with OSH Act, Site Rules & Regulation and PLS quality policies and SOP’s system.
• To notify the management on any abnormalities found at responsible areas and propose suitable remedial action.
• To ensure spare parts are kept in proper location and condition, properly identified and controlled.
• To ensure all activities performed complies with HALAL, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001 and 17025), cGMP and GDP (PIC/S, US-FDA, EU-GMP and EU-GDP), local regulatory and third-party principal requirements.
• To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,950.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
