At FRENCHIES, Bakery & Cafe we are looking for Baristas to join our team!

We serve great coffee and the best croissant in town!

As a Barista you will be expected to:

• Be able to prepare drinks efficiently and deliver exceptional and consistent customer service, especially when under pressure
• Serve consistently excellent coffees, with presentable latte art, and ensure all drinks are served are up to Frenchies standards
• Be able to extract a shot, and steam and split milk for different coffees
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about our bakery story & our products.
• Communicate directly to clients about our coffees and continuously encourage repeat business and retail sales
• Packing & selling our croissants & bread
• Preparing online delivery orders in a fast pace environment.

Barista

• Salary will depend on experience
• 15 AL
• 2 days off per week.
• 8h work + 1h lunch
• Shift depending on planning. Early shift availability is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
