THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Engineer – Radio Frequency

as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Department.

THE ROLE

The Senior Engineer – Radio Frequency is responsible for:

• Lead the design and development of RF and microwave solutions, including antennas, matching circuits, and high-speed interconnects.
• Provide technical expertise in RF simulation, testing, and performance optimization.
• Drive RF measurement and validation activities, including VNA testing, antenna measurements, and signal integrity analysis.
• Collaborate with hardware, packaging, and product teams to ensure strong RF performance from chip to system level.
• Mentor engineers and establish RF design standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of RF or microwave design experience, including technical leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals, including impedance matching, S-parameters, antenna design, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC.
• Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools, measurement equipment, and high-speed technologies such as SerDes, PCIe, or DDR.
• Experience in semiconductor, optical communication, or advanced packaging environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.
