Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8 am to 5.30 pm
• Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm

Key Roles

• Conduct computer training for students on multimedia applications

• Work with HOD ICT to develop/review training resources and ICT programmes

• Develop training resources for students and staff

• Train students (Pri 1–6) on digital literacy and safe use of online tools

• Assist in ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club, and ICT Student Leaders

• Handle inventory of AV/IT equipment across school locations

• Support school functions (Public Address setup, Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings/webinars)

• Support school events in photography and videography, including photo/video editing

• Archive, manage, and organise school's media collection

• Support school website design and maintenance

• Provide technical support in Computer Labs and small-group teaching

• Assist in assessing ICT programmes and recommend refinements with HOD/SH ICT

• Assist Desktop Engineers in moving mobile carts to classrooms

Requirements

• At least 2 years' relevant experience

• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in a related field

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficient in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites)

• Knowledge of multimedia applications (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Preferably experienced in animation, mobile learning, programming, photography, video filming/editing
