Job Overview
We are looking for a Fund Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational activities of investment funds. The role will work closely with internal teams, fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers to ensure operational records, transactions, and reporting activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily fund operations and maintain accurate operational records.
• Review and process fund-related transactions, instructions, and documentation.
• Perform data checks and reconciliation of fund and transaction records.
• Assist with cash, position, and account reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other service providers.
• Prepare operational reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor transaction status and follow up on outstanding operational matters.
• Assist with periodic fund reporting and internal operational reviews.
• Maintain organised records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Identify data discrepancies or processing issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Support process improvements and operational projects when required.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of operational activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in fund operations, investment operations, fund administration, banking operations, or a related financial services environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial operations and reconciliation processes.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and operational systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
