Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients.

• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and emails.

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments between clients and technicians, including follow-ups.

• Attend to customer complaints promptly and coordinate with the relevant departments to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, following through to ensure closure.

• Communicate effectively with clients and build positive working relationships.

• Create contracts and service records in the company’s in-house system and upload the relevant supporting documents.

• Monitor cash collections by technicians within the assigned team.

• Check and compile service reports before sending them to customers.

• Prepare and verify invoices accurately before sending them to customers.

• Attend customer meetings when required.

• Prepare reports requested by customers when required.

• Perform other ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and analytical skills.

• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Good communication and professional customer service skills.
