About the Roles

We are hiring an Interior Design Assistant / Junior Interior Designer based in Macpherson for a permanent position with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9.00am–7.00pm) and a remuneration package consisting of a basic salary plus performance bonus. This role offers hands-on exposure to interior design projects, supporting both creative development and technical execution within a dynamic studio environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the Principal Designer during client and project meetings by documenting discussions and preparing necessary paperwork.
• Develop presentation materials to support design proposals and project pitches.
• Coordinate and cross-check 2D drawings with 3D models to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Create 2D drafting work, 3D models, and rendering outputs as required for project needs.
• Participate in site inspections and project coordination meetings.
• Liaise with contractors and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to support project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in SketchUp and Enscape for 3D modelling and rendering work.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for 2D drafting (required).
• Open to applicants without prior experience, as training will be provided.
