Role Overview
Support daily IT operations across the office, retail outlets and warehouse. Gain hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, Point of Sales (POS) support, Microsoft 365 application, IT asset management and business applications while working closely with the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, POS terminals and peripherals.
• Prepare, configure and deploy IT equipment for new and existing users.
• Documentation and record management of hardware and software.
• Support retail outlets with POS and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle records.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user setup and basic application support.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / LS Central troubleshooting and testing.
• Assist with Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
• Provide IT support during company events and general IT projects.

Job Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, computer hardware and Microsoft 365 Applications.
• Interest in hands-on IT support and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets and support company events when required.
