Job Description
Oversee all cost control activities across multiple projects.
Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in contract management.
Provide advice on cost-effective solutions and potential risks to senior management.
Prepare and consolidate accurate cost estimates and tender documents.
Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain precise pricing and project details.
Evaluate variations, value-engineering proposals, and their corresponding cost implications.
Track and report cost performance throughout the tendering stage.
Review tender and contract conditions, identifying and addressing any commercial risks or uncertainties.
Ensure all tender submissions are completed punctually and comply with required standards and safety regulations.
Job Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Possess minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
