Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our TechX team within the Software Delivery Accelerator (SDA) Domain. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their software engineering career by working on enterprise-scale cloud-native applications and platforms.

The selected candidates will collaborate with experienced engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions. You will gain hands-on experience with modern development technologies, agile delivery practices, cloud platforms, and DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Agile Delivery

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Support project delivery timelines and sprint objectives.

DevOps & Quality Engineering

  • Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Learn and apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
  • Support application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Governance & Compliance

  • Follow secure coding standards and software engineering best practices.
  • Adhere to organizational security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and concerns proactively.
