Responsibilities
Client:
Client is a Singapore Tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete lifecycle of HR operations including payroll processing, tax submissions, and leave management.
Oversee the recruitment process from initiation to completion, which includes candidate sourcing, interview coordination, conducting reference checks, and negotiating employment terms.
Proactively recruit through job postings, direct sourcing, referrals, and professional networking.
Update and maintain HR records and company policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to all relevant statutory requirements, organizational policies, and procedures.
Administer work permits, governmental grants, and various compliance surveys.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits, marketing, and insurance-related tasks.
Oversee group and corporate insurance portfolios.
Facilitate orientation and exit sessions for employees.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and benchmarks as needed.
Manage online recruitment platforms and social media accounts for talent acquisition.
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives from headquarters and local management to enhance organizational growth.
Execute corporate governance responsibilities and maintain corporate documentation.
Finance Responsibilities:
Assist with the closure of monthly financial accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, and corporate governance matters in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as directed by the financial controller.
Ensure proper management and storage of contracts and agreements.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Decision-Making Authority:
Make decisions in line with organizational policies.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Additional qualifications in accounting are beneficial.
Professional Experience:
At least 3-5 years in a human resources role, preferably within a compact corporate setting.
Experience with financial month-end closing is desirable.
Skills and Competencies
In-depth understanding of local employment regulations.
Effective multi-tasking and excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational environment.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus
