Looking for Dedicated and Reliable Individuals to Join Our Team as Architectural Finishes Specialist - Operations Supervisor
Available position (Full-time):
Architectural Supervisor
Oversee daily operations for architectural finishing projects, including painting, coating and decorative finishing works.
Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, subcontractors and site activities to ensure timely completion.
Develop painting concepts, colour schemes and finish specifications based on client requirements and project designs.
Monitor site progress, workmanship, safety and quality to ensure compliance with approved designs and industry standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers, while managing project budgets, variations and issue resolution.
