Job Summary

You will manage bar operations including opening and closing, ordering supplies, preparing cocktails and beverages, maintaining inventory, and supporting team members to ensure smooth service and efficient daily bar management.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure bar readiness and security
• Execute bar operations by ordering supplies, preparing beverages, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Mix cocktails and house specialties and prepare coffee and other beverages to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
• Support the manager in daily bar operations to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Conduct stock takes and maintain stock inventory accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall bar functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a customer-service oriented personality to enhance guest experience
• Exhibit proactive, friendly, and pleasant behavior in interactions with customers and team members
• Communicate effectively in English to ensure clear coordination and service delivery
• Work well as a team player to support collective goals
• Show self-motivation and maintain a positive working attitude
• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry (advantageous)
