Job Description
- Manage network changes, implementations, and upgrades across LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and security environments.
- Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and deliver timely resolution of connectivity and service issues.
- Support infrastructure security through firewall administration, access control management, patching, and compliance activities.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, operational procedures, topology diagrams, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver infrastructure enhancements and business initiatives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network security technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across network connectivity and performance issues.
- Familiarity with networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, VPNs, and related technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders while managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
