Join our friendly and growing chiropractic clinic team!

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and responsible team player who enjoys interacting with people and working in a fun, family-oriented environment.

What you’ll be doing:

* Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude

* Manage appointments, patient registration, payments and phone enquiries

* Assist doctors with daily clinic operations and administrative tasks

* Prepare reports and assist with patient arrangements

* Introduce clinic packages and services to patients

* Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinic

* Perform basic housekeeping and other ad-hoc duties when required

What we’re looking for:

* Friendly, approachable and patient-focused

* Proactive, dependable and willing to learn

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment

* Mandarin-speaking is an advantage, but non-Mandarin speakers are welcome

* No experience? No problem! Training will be provided.

Working Hours:

* Monday & Thursday: 8:00am – 7:30pm (2 hour lunch)

* Tuesday: 2:30pm – 7:30pm

* Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
