About the role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Executive to provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Project Management team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist in drawing management, document control, procurement administration, site tracking, and defect coordination across assigned residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Drawing & File Management: Assist in collecting and organizing the latest base drawings from consultants for preliminary estimation and project filing. Ensure updated drawings are logged and distributed to site teams to support smooth execution.

  • Procurement support: Assist the project team with procurement administration, including collecting contractor proposals, preparing comparison sheets, and keeping records of supplier appointments.

  • ISO Document Control: Maintain systematic project documentation, site records, and drawing control logs in line with ISO standards and established company guidelines.

  • Consultant & site Coordination: Act as a liaison point between internal teams, consultants, and contractors to track technical queries, pass on site requests, and follow up on outstanding design clarifications.

  • Site Work Support: Assist in monitoring appointed site activities (such as soil investigation works), helping to track progress and report findings back to the Project Manager.

  • Defect Coordination: Help log and track construction defects, follow up with contractors on scheduled rectifications, and maintain defect closure records for site handovers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, Architecture, or equivalent.

  • 1–3 years of executive-level support experience in property development or construction. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

  • Basic knowledge of drawing formats (Architectural, Structural, M&E) and document control routines.

  • Familiarity with ISO documentation procedures is an added advantage.

  • Organized, methodical, and good at maintaining records and schedules.

  • Good communication skills to coordinate between site contractors, consultants, and internal departments.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
