SJEE Engineering Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Assistant in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Project, Site, Engineering, Store, and Accounts departments regarding purchasing matters.
• Check Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other purchasing documents for accuracy.
• Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, incorrect items, or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain and update the supplier/vendor database.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement is preferred.
• Experience in construction, engineering, M&E, or building materials will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
