WPP Media Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive, Content Planning in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Content Planning who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of local and regional content & influencer campaigns for WPP Media. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who ensures that campaigns are seamlessly implemented and achieve their intended KPIs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are essential to driving the success of our digital content initiatives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include

• Translate client business and marketing objectives into creator-first strategies that drive measurable business and brand outcomes.
• Develop influencer and creator ecosystem strategies, including audience segmentation, platform roles, creator tiering, content frameworks, campaign phasing, and amplification recommendations.
• Conduct research on creator landscapes, audience insights, competitor activity, platform trends, and emerging consumer behaviours to inform strategic planning.
• Manage creator selection and recommendation processes, ensuring all decisions are backed by data, audience relevance, strategic rationale, and brand fit.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely campaign updates, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Campaign Management, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and integrated planning.
• Analyse campaign performance and reporting, translating insights into optimisation recommendations and best practices for future campaigns.
• Stay ahead of platform developments, creator trends, and social behaviours, sharing insights and thought leadership internally and with clients.
• Support any new business development.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years' experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or integrated communications.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia's creator ecosystem and platform best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using creator discovery and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
