Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menu standards and required portions.
• Guide and supervise Commis and junior kitchen staff during food preparation.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency are maintained.
• Monitor food ingredients, stock levels and proper food storage.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, equipment and work areas are maintained properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, Halal and company SOP requirements.
• Assist with menu preparation, mise en place and daily kitchen planning.
• Report any food quality, equipment or operational issues to the Chef.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

DEMI CHEF

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking activities.
• Prepare ingredients such as cutting, washing, weighing and portioning.
• Ensure food preparation follows the required recipe, quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen, equipment and work area.
• Assist in receiving, storing and checking food ingredients.
• Follow food safety, Halal and company SOP requirements.
• Support the kitchen team during busy operations and other duties assigned by the Chef.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
