About Into E Pte Ltd
Into E Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based events and experiential marketing company specialising in corporate events, family days, activations, celebrations and large-scale public events.
We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Contract Event Setup Crew to join our team for a 3-month contract.
The Role
Be part of our Event Operations team and support the setup, execution and teardown of events. You will work closely with our Event Producers and Operations team to ensure equipment, materials and event setups are prepared and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Load, unload and transport event equipment and materials
Set up and dismantle event furniture, backdrops, banners, booths, signage and décor
Set up games, activity stations and basic AV equipment
Assist with venue preparation and reinstatement
Pack, organise and return equipment after events
Assist with warehouse preparation, equipment checks and inventory
Ensure equipment is handled safely and properly
Provide on-site support during events
Perform other event operations and logistics duties as required
Working Hours
5.5-day work week
Working hours may vary depending on event requirements
Activation and setup may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Activation hours are flexible and will be recorded based on actual event requirements
Candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule
Requirements
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Able to lift and move event equipment
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Good teamwork and communication skills
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Prior event, logistics, warehouse or operations experience is an advantage
Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
