About the Role

Join DBiz as a Product Manager to drive digital transformation across digital services portfolio—covering both new product development (including AI-enabled solutions) and operational excellence for existing digital platforms. You will work with Product Owners, business partners, data teams, engineers, designers, security teams, and vendors to deliver business-friendly and citizen-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product strategy & vision

• Define product vision/mission for new initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Develop go-to-market and outreach plans to drive adoption

Product development & operations

• Design, test, and iterate to improve user journeys
• Maintain service availability and optimise performance for live products
• Manage budgets, workplans, and procurement (software/hardware/professional services)

Data-driven product management

• Implement data collection and analytics/reporting approaches with data teams
• Translate insights into actionable product improvements and business value

Security & compliance

• Oversee security testing (e.g., VAPT, Source Code Review) and remediation
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements

Cross-functional collaboration

• Translate product strategy into actionable plans for business and vendor teams
• Coordinate across functions such as marketing, legal, and finance

Growth & maintenance

• Drive adoption and engagement for new features
• Oversee maintenance schedules, updates, and incident response for live services
• Build networks with agencies and product teams; support public speaking where needed

Project governance

• Run stakeholder meetings, track deliverables, document decisions
• Ensure readiness against security/performance requirements and policy obligations
• Manage SLAs and operational metrics

Preferred Skills / Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years experience in product management, project management, IT business analysis, or application solution design
• Experience in data projects / analytics platforms / data-driven product initiatives
• Familiarity with security testing and compliance (e.g., VAPT, SCR)
• 3+ years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers
• Experience managing both product development and operational maintenance
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Advantage: Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, product-centric development
• Advantage: service operations, incident management, live service maintenance
• Advantage: microservices (Java/SQL), CI/CD environments
• Advantage: cybersecurity frameworks and regulated data handling
• Advantage: certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMP, Scrum Master)
