About The Job.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end supply chain execution to ensure seamless warehouse operations and customer delivery performance.

• Oversee daily warehousing activities, stock governance, and free trade zone handling to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate domestic transport and regional distribution channels to optimise logistics costs while meeting service agreements.
• Formulate standard operating procedures and workflow enhancements to support rapid operational scaling.
• Evaluate external logistics service providers and manage supplier performance mechanisms.
• Implement operational dashboards and digital monitoring systems to enhance overall supply chain visibility.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of operational experience covering warehousing, distribution, or inventory control within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
• Working knowledge of bonded warehouse procedures, customs clearance, and local import or export regulations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics vendors and holding suppliers accountable to service standards.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and enterprise software, along with English and Mandarin communication abilities to engage with regional suppliers.
